Provide preventative maintenance on all Clem7 tunnel assets. Analyse breakdown situations on varying pieces of equipment and conduct repairs. Responsibilities for this role include:• Follow company policies and procedures• Comply with legislation, regulations and standards• Access effectiveness of work processes• Contribute to a safe workplace via hazard reporting and rectifying• Conduct maintenance and repairs on various equipment including;- o Lighting systems- o Pump systems- o Road and traffic signs- o PA systems- o Ventilation systems- o Water treatment plant- o Tunnel phone systems- o Electrical switchboards, RCDs and control boards- o High voltage switching equipment- o Variable speed drives- o Motors and fans- o PLC systems- o Ph and level sensors- o UPS systems- o CCTV camera networks- o HVAC cooling systems• Work autonomously and as part of a team• Build and uphold mutually advantageous work relationships with members of the organisation• Endeavour to innovate and improve processes
