Working as part of the family business, I have supported in several different areas both front of house serving customers, as well as creating and implementing marketing strategies such as improving the Company’s online presence as well as producing tangible marketing materials such as leaflets and flyers in-keeping with the personal brand image of the local business

As part of a 4-year sandwich Business & Marketing course, I spent a year working for the Vauxhall Aftersales Service Channel and gained a wealth of first hand Marketing experience.Duties:• Liaised with Vauxhall retailers nationwide to ensure all marketing material was up to date, to effectively represent the brand• Supported with the production and distribution of Marketing materials to increase awareness of various aftersales products and services Vauxhall Motors offer, namely Winter Safety Checks & Air-Con De-bug Summer Campaign• Worked alongside the Digital Marketing team, gaining experience of Lead IT, social networks and reviewing response levels from customers on a variety of digital platforms• Collated, analysed and calculated data from Vauxhall Retailers in order to distribute the Head Office incentive rewards

Part of the Telford Tigers semi-professional ice hockey team in the second highest league in the UK.

Worked in a high pace and high pressured kitchen as part of a catering team aiming to meet a strict 10 minute deadline on 80% of meals, communication and co-operation wherever possible proved to be the key to success in this environment.
