I started off as a runner at the studio complex in Acton, I then moved on to engineering live music video sessions at Mi7 Record’s offices at the top floor of the Newman Hire Building in Sheppard’s Bush. Here I am left in charge of micing up the artists in the film studio and engineering, and then mixing, the session. I have also started shadowing the legendary producer/mix engineer, Dave Pemberton, as he has a studio with Mi7 Studios.

Part of the 4 man team that engineered this years Greenpeace's 2 stages at Glastonbury. We used the latest Behringer X32 digital desk and a Traction PA. I engineered for Vaults, Tankus The Henge, Roscius, The Egg, Renegade Brass Band, The Church, Too Many T's and Seize The Day amongst many others. A fantastic experience as always.

I was part of the team that ran the two Greenpeace stages at this years’ Glastonbury Festival. As well as being a fantastic experience, I had to set up for bands of varying sizes with little time or preparation. I engineered for 2 Many T’s, Danny & Champions of the World, Bonobo, Bi-Polar Sunshine amongst many others.

A volunteer at a young persons center where I was heavily involved with their studio. The studio is free to 15 - 25 year olds and therefore it is in high demand. My roles included, setting up the live room, tracking, mixing and mastering, booking in musicians, producing beats for MC’s, assisting singer songwriters with their compositions and, on occasion, managing the studio alone. The work was very varied, from spoken word to samba, from large rock bands to rappers, which provided me with invaluable experience in dealing with a wide range of artists and performers.

was Head of Sound on a new music video production project. It was a large team made up of students, graduates and BBC employees; working in this environment required impeccable organizational and time management skills and also necessitated me to be fully confident in my expertise with the sound equipment.

I worked as a technical advisor/camera operator/editor in a media promotion department of the University of Hull. My main tasks throughout this paid internship were; to help organise events - such as a live stream of an interview with the author David Almond; setting up filming and sound recordings of multiple University events; and editing and archiving footage.

Help run the business whilst the owner we away. This involved answering emails, updating the website, contacting potential clients and taking phone messages.
