Student Casework Co-Ordinator
Act as a first point of contact in regards to the University's Complaints and Appeals procedure for both members of staff and students. Responsible for triaging complaints and appeals to the correct areas for investigation, ensuring that complaints and appeals are responded to within the timeframes set out in the procedure and co-ordinating responses that require input from different areas of the University. In this role, I am also responsible for the diary management of the Senior Casework Manager. Responsible for acting as the first point of referral for complex queries and complaints in relation to both the generic service and the specialist outbound area of the service from advisors within Student Recruitment and Support.
