Once the right content is out there I then need to make sure these posts are converting into sales. On top of the marketing side of things, I am getting more and more involved in the daily running of the business. I am always thinking of new ways we can become more efficient as a business and convenient to the customer.I do this by: - Taking photos and videos of any seats that have been trimmed for individual customers that day. - Editing the photos and creating a video to then post on all our different media channels. The main ones that we’re using most at the moment are Facebook, Instagram and our website. - On each post I do I think about the target market and demographics of people who are most likely to respond best to it. Using this information, I do a personal portfolio and set specific locations/characteristics for the advertisement to go out to. - After every promotion has ended I will go over the results to get an overview of how well people interacted with it, how well it did in comparison with previous posts and what could have been done better. This is constantly helping me improve my marketing skills and helps me understand more about the people I am marketing too. - Answering phone calls, messages or emails from customers, whether they are general questions or orders. - Unpacking the Parcells we get sent to check if they are correct and if they are they need to be stacked in the right place with a matching code stickered onto it.
