An experienced qualified accountant with 11 years PQE. 4.5 years in public practice as an external auditor with Ernst & Young while managing & developing teams of up to 10 staff. 10 years’ experience in industry & commerce in project accounting manager, business partner, finance manager, FP&A manager, senior analyst & financial accounting roles where I drove change, took ownership, embedded robust controls, managed teams, cultivated development, clearly articulated results, implemented process changes leading to simplification, challenged the norms, found solutions to accounting/finance problems and developed new reporting in misunderstood business areas, all the while, quickly developing good working relationships, creating an enjoyable atmosphere and furthering development and understanding both personally and others.
