I am passionate about the business of fitness, wellness and helping Australians live healthier lives. My journey in the fitness industry started from the back of my mums car in 2011, since then, I've had the opportunity to travel the world and meet some incredible leaders and entrepreneurs in the fitness and wellness space. After years of learning, I finally settled into my role as the owner and managing director of P.E. Department Gym in 2016. P.E. offers the essential elements to well-being, including innovative classes, exceptional personal trainers and a beautifully designed gym floor. Since 2020, we've added an allied health service and corporate wellness program that was built to continue to support the health and wellbeing of as many Australians as possible.In 2023, I founded Sansara. A health and wellness company designed to challenge the status quo and provide an answer to the evolving health and wellness space. Sansara is designed to provide value to it's members far beyond cost with six key factors that were built into it's inception: Design, Service, Offering, Experience, Convenience and Trust. The first Sansara club will be launched in 2024 in Mirvac's Green Square development. Stay tuned.
