It is also my responsibility to project manage the implementation of the Safe-care arm of the Health Roster system to all in-patient wards as well as managing two helpdesk mail boxes and running the payroll for around 7000 staff.I am constantly adapting to change and taking on new projects such as e-rostering unlock and timeclocks as part of the implementation of the Hotel Service area. I manage and motivate five staff directly and influence numerous indirectly. My role also involves strategic meetings, development of staff and dealing with enquiries from my colleagues within the trust, providing excellent customer service through my knowledge and attention to detail. Reporting, problem solving, presentations and work flow sheets are all elements of my role. Providing training materials and conducting training sessions to staff across the trust including senior management.Communication is key in my success in this role both verbally over the phone, in person or via e-mail.I have been heavily involved in the matching of the gateway to our ESR interface so that data is easily transferable to/from each system.I am involved in training sessions both individually and to small/large groups across the trust for all the projects currently being undertaken.Since in post I have introduced a suite of reports that previously were not being used and these reports which focus on KPI's will support the trust moving forward with effective rostering and staff management. These are sent to senior management and I make myself available and meet on a regular basis. -

I was the first point of contact for colleague enquiries and I troubleshot any issues on a daily basis. My daily role involved multi-tasking, providing excellent internal and external customer service, data entry and cross referencing information which I provided, and also collected and collated. I implemented the use of this onto wards, setting it up and coaching and enabling staff to use this well.My role was highly pressured through time constraints, but this was managed through delegation and prioritisation of my assignments.Deadlines were always achieved well and within set timeframes.I was also asked to lead on the implementation of the Safecare project which was an addition to the E-Roster system; For this I set out a plan of action for the systems implementation. This included arranging several meetings with senior figures within the trust and implementing the system within set timeframes. -
