As a chef with a 20 year background in the hospitality sector, small business management and ownership, my passion for food and community is strong. Since CoFounding Tom & Luke Ltd 12 years ago, I have worked through many areas of the company, from production and NPD development and facilitation, through to fronting the brand as an ambassador developing our marketing strategy, and most recently NZBM. I have also discovered a passion for Sustainability, and I am facilitating a drive towards Tom & Luke’s goal of a sustainable business practice across all facets of the company and FMCG industry.
