I have worked within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) industries for over 8 years on a variety of projects in different disciplines, and also hold a degree in Architecture from the University of Western Australia.I am currently working for CPB Contractors as part of the Digital Engineering team within the NEWest Alliance construction joint venture, where I am working on the Yanchep Rail Extension and Thornlie-Cockburn Link projects of the Perth Metronet.I am particularly interested in integrating multiple digital technologies and software to achieve the greatest results for project delivery, whilst helping to show how new and emerging technologies can supersede dated workflows and harness the full potential of digital applications and collaborative ways of working in the AEC industries.

    Some of the work that I did at Isolinear included:• Using versions 2019 and 2020 of Tekla Structures.• Coordination of Navisworks models.• Uploading Navisworks BIM models to various stakeholders, keeping up to date with the most recent reference model files and implementing any changes.• Use of iConstruct to export models as IFC and DWG from Navisworks.• Identifying model clashes and creating clash report documents to send to stakeholders.• Communicating with engineers, project managers and steel fabricators to resolve issues. • Use of Twinmotion to render and animate scenes within completed projects and conceptual designs.• Transfer point cloud data from tablet to computer in various file formats, including E57.• Register and trim point clouds in Autodesk Recap.• Use of Trimble Realworks for scan to BIM capabilities (turning point cloud data into 3D objects and exporting as various file types, including IFC).• Positioning point clouds globally in AutoCAD, aligning with BIM models and combining into Navisworks models.• 3D modelled projects in Tekla structures.• 2D detailed shop drawings for fabrication, including back-drafting and checking of drawings.
