• Develop, present and facilitate monthly safety meetings throughout the West region in Texas. • Conduct formal incident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) on various incidents within the West region.• Develop a training for end users for root cause analysis as well as a formal process for line management.• Work closely with Operations, Workover and Completions to develop formal incident investigation protocol along with a formal incident investigation document to be used throughout the West region.• Coordinate with Operations, Drilling and Workover and Completions to develop a simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) document to be used within the West region.• Conduct contractor training and coaching on JSA development and the use of the "GO Card".
