ECO support includes installing insulation and energy efficient heating systems to low income and vulnerable households and to low income communities.ECO creates a legal obligation on energy suppliers to improve the energy efficiency of households, and as one of the government’s official Green Deal partners, we work to make sure ECO measures are available to everyone. This means keeping up to date with changes to funding opportunities and understanding how to optimise them. There are currently three distinct ECO funding targets:The Carbon Emissions Reduction Obligation (CERO) focuses on hard-to-treat homes and, in particular, measures that cannot be fully funded through the Green Deal. The Carbon Saving Community Obligation (CSCO) focuses on the provision of insulation measures and connections to district heating systems to domestic energy users that live within an area of low income. 15% of this target must be achieved by promoting measures to low income and vulnerable households living in rural areas. The Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) In the past, Euro Insulation have helped thousands of residents across the Country insulate their lofts and attics completely free-of-charge and we now have additional funding to help more of you nationwide.
