I have been working as Product Owner for last year, focused on enterprise wide Managed File Transfer. In this role I have looked after 3 cross-function feature teams of a total of 23 people, and grown our capability to support of 18 million file transfers every month. I have also spearheaded automation within the team, allowing an annual year on year cost reduction of 70% and time to delivery reduction of 50%.Previously I had over 7 years experience working in IT Project & Program Management. Working as a Networks IT project manager, implementing software solutions and improvements to help increase customer infrastructure reliability, product time to market, and offering simplification.Prior, I was a IT Deployment Manager, where I oversaw the rollout of customer fulfillment system upgrades on an enterprise level. Here I help develop new process in order to reduce customer facing system outage time, limiting impact these major changes would have on customers.In all my roles I have helped champion the use of Agile practices and principles, and have a strong focus on doing the work that adds value, instead of following the process to the letter.
