• Develops, manages and maintains strong client relationships. Facilitates discussions with clients regarding legal, regulatory and design issues across the plan. Consults with clients on qualified and potentially nonqualified plan design alternatives. • Coordinates internal resources to provide analysis and recommendations to clients on design alternatives. Understands and connects Fidelity's objectives to current benefit design trends.

• Special Monetary Processing Group • Responsible for accurately processing complex transactions for defined contribution plans such as Return of Excesses, Minimum Required Distributions, Qualified Domestic Orders, and other unique types of processing. Providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients

• Helped set up and train new DC team that migrated work from Salt Lake to the Westlake Campus and Westlake to Covington.• Responsible for monitoring and distributing 29 individual work Queues.• Ensure that the team’s processing is completed in a timely manner per the audit requirement ensuring efficiency of the work flow.• Resolve highly complex issues requiring the partnership with several key areas.• Seen as a subject matter expert in DC Plan Services and serve as technical support for the team.• Has solid understanding of the work flow umbrella as it relates to Stock Plan Services, DC Ops, DB and H&W.

• Responsible for timely resolution of all work items assigned daily while maintaining process integrity within team. • Utilize XTRAC to enter and route customer inquires to the appropriate department teams. • Research and resolve customer questions, which require extensive knowledge of product specific processes, procedures and client specific plans. • Work with the Team Lead / Manager, Client Management, CSS and other various operations groups to arrive at a client/customer focused solutions.
