I've spent five years working as a missionary and team director with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students. This work has been extremely fulfilling in campus ministry and now I'm excited to enter back into the aviation and engineering industry.I have valuable experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems both from working with Northrop Grumman and my engineering projects in school at the University of North Dakota. This paired with my private pilot's license has given me much technical knowledge in aviation that better aids me in the design process of engineering. You will find me to be a valuable asset to your company because of both my technical skills in engineering and aviation, and also because of my experience as a missionary. I dedicated five years of my life and career to a cause I believed in and I'm hoping to find a company I can believe in and dedicate my work to in a similar way.I have excellent people skills from years of working intensively with college students and other missionaries, coaching them to grow in character and make changes in their life. I also work with a large donor profile to fundraise my salary and hence, have sales and marketing experience. I have managed a team of five missionaries which has grown my management skills as well as strategic planning for long term vision. We take students on trips to conferences and mission trips, host retreats, and put on community events with speakers which have all grown my event planning and execution skills. I oversee our team account and manage an annual budget.
