Since 2021, I've had the privilege of serving as Managing Director, Victoria at Cushman & Wakefield. With 22 years of real estate experience, my journey includes six years with Cushman & Wakefield in Capital Markets and Management roles, five years at CBRE as Director of Capital Markets, nine years at Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFS GAM) as Senior Manager of Direct Property Transactions and then Regional Portfolio Manager of the CPA Office Fund. A plan that has seen the business triple in size over the past 3 years.✨ Successfully completed more than $8bn worth of Retail, Industrial and Office real estate transactions.✨ Managed a $2.5bn portfolio of Premium / A Grade Commercial Office assets including full responsibility for the Leasing, Development, Capital Works projects, and Financial Reporting on these assets.✨ Delivered multiple Development and Refurbishment programs, with capital works value of circa $350m, on schedule and within budget.
