Programmed and executed $67M annual construction contracting budget supporting the Marine Corps’ premier training installation. Significant projects included:• Fast-tracked Design-Build of $23M Child Development Center Campus, earning LEED accreditation • Complex upgrades and renovations to Robert E. Bush Naval Hospital while maintaining continuous patient care operations. Led the replacement of the emergency generator system supporting four operating rooms and seven labor and delivery suites ($5M), and a complete structural retrofit to add seismic load-dampening ($8M) without medical service reductions or downtime • $49M Design-Build potable water treatment plant to comply with state water quality standards updates• $9M Design-Bid-Build base-wide electrical micro-grid, reducing base power outages by 90%

Naval Mobile Construction Battalion THREE, Port Hueneme, CALed 25 person autonomous military engineer and construction team on seven-month deployment to Cambodia executing construction projects in support of US Embassy humanitarian aid and civic assistance objectives.• Responsible for all aspects of project execution, including design, procurement, logistics coordination and oversight of all field construction activities. Maintained flawless safety record and 100% on time delivery• Presented with the Department of State’s Meritorious Honor Award by US Ambassador William E.
