I have worked in the Hospitality industry for over 18 years, and in a management role for 17 of those years. I am a Chef by trade, and have worked in Chain Restaurants as well as Catering companies in the Oil and Gas industry. I have spent the majority of my career in the Kitchen Manager/ Chef role. I also have been in the Front of House as well. While in the FOH my role was Bar Manager as well as Assistant General Manager. I thoroughly enjoy my career, and enjoy cooking. I have good culinary acumen, stemming from the experience I have gained over the last 18 years. Food and Beverage Cost, Managing Inventory levels, Scheduling, Ordering, and Positive Leadership of the work force are all aspects of what I have to offer. I am a loyal, hard working employee, and only want to add value to any company that my skills are an asset to. I am easy going, and approachable. I am always willing to coach and develope. I am always open to learning and sharing knowledge. I am ambitious and goal driven, and would be an asset to a company looking for the values I have to offer.
