This entire project was completed in less than 6 months and was a huge success. ● Maintained and configured the ticketing system (HubSpot) to ensure all reported incidents were tracked and handled as efficiently as possible. ● Supported, and acted as a QA specialist for IntellaTriage s custom application – IntellaHub. ● Responsible for training new hires and all employee ongoing IT education.
