I am proficient in Matlab, Octave, MS Office suite, Python, R, among others.I have worked on a variety of problems including;1. Analysing spectroscopy data of cheese products to determine cheese homogeneity and composition.2. Modelling the shelf-life of milk powder and suggesting manufacturing changes to ensure product quality.3. Studying Tribology data gathered for various dairy products to draw insights into sensory perception.4. Investigating drying data to predict time-to-go in a domestic clothes dryer.5. Signal analysis for industrial packaging to detect when a product is out of normal range. 6. Experimental and numerical modelling of granular flow.7. Modelling the open-channel flow of fluids in pipe systems.8. Modelling the intestinal digestion of foods.9. Modelling of hydrothermal eruptions.10.
