Hello, my name is Luke.I currently work as a training specialist at Fidelity Bank where I have the privilege of developing and training new hire, universal bankers. My training focuses on providing excellent in-person clientele interactions, professional phone skills, a proper understanding of bank compliance and account products, running deposit and withdrawal transactions, handling wire transfers, submitting disputes, assisting customers with account opening and maintenance, and loan/credit card applications. I want others to succeed, therefore I give them all the management and leadership tools I can!My former work experiences include being an assistant, age group swim coach and instructor at the Wichita Swim Club, where I developed swimmers in their abilities to glide through water faster and provide quality insight on succeeding outside the pool. As a bank and hospital auditor at Dohman, Akerlund & Eddy, LLC, I verified and confirmed that financial records kept by finance and health institutions where in compliance with federal and state policies. My experience as a teller at Lincoln Federal Savings Bank helped prepare me for my current position in terms of interacting with clientele and how to do account transactions for them. I started my working career as a lifeguard where I not only kept a watchful eye out for the well being of the patrons in my care but also provided helpful water safety advice to them.Outside of work, my hobbies include youth development at church on Sundays, reading, following American football both collegiately and professionally, daily walks, and spending time with my niece and nephew on a weekly basis. I truly love my role as an uncle in their lives!
