To lead, manage, advise and implement a range of analytic solutions and data platform technologies across Bendigo Health. This includes the management and governance of an organisational wide data and analytics platform.

• Work closely with the EMR Project Manager, Clinical and technical teams to collaborate and manage the ECM solution while enhancing the seedless integration with the core EMR functions.• Drive and deliver an enterprise content management strategy across the entire organisation.• Engage across a broad range of business and technology stakeholders to gain insights to scope, design and shape the ECM solution.• Contribute to the development of the request for tender (RFT) of the Enterprise Content Management solution.• Work closely with the chosen ECM vendor with design, configuration, implementation and testing to help successfully deliver, optimise and operate a successful ECM solution.• Implement and continuously improve content management standards across the organisation.• Monitor industry trends and best practise within ECM, working with an agile manner to implement new initiatives quickly.Additional Skills and Experience over my time in the Role:1. Extensive knowledge with utilising Microsoft Azure services including Platform as a Service (PaaS) and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) offerings. Including architecture design and solution architecture within the cloud service space.2. Microsoft Biztalk 2013 R2 setup, design, and setup within Microsoft Azure including training in Biztalk Developer 5 day course. Knowledge of HL7 accelerator and usage across an entire hospital enterprise systems.3. Power BI visualisation and collaboration within healthcare. Targeting clinical information systems (Digital medical records - both scanning and electronic data capture), patient administration system (iPM - ADT movement for new hospital move in real time dashboard) and non clinical data usage (e.g. time and attendance) 4. PL/SQL (Oracle) and T-SQL extensive knowledge, working with a range of enterprise application and reporting services.5. Office 365 rollout

I work on developing and administering the local intranet using SharePoint Server 2010. Also have worked with i.PM and also Video Conferencing equipment.
