Full facilities management of two schools in a co-location in the re-developed area of Kings Cross. All M&E for the site, in-charge of fire systems and contractors to over 20 contracts. All Health and Safety for the academy, risk assessments including DSE. Main key holder to the building, in charge of security on site as well as access and control and our inventory system. All grounds provision and main point of contact for external lettings.
