After leaving AIL as a supervisor on a 60% commission pay for a full year advance my sales than aloud me and my team to go to One Life at a 125% advance for new policies being submitted this is where I got my own office in Chandler, AZ. I had a small agency of 25 college graduates and adults where I learned to train for a second time with no structure built eventually still leading in sales I was able to bring the team a manager and financial advisor at 19 years old over 300k in team sales.
