SMI has 100 stores, multiple warehouse facilities, transportation and manufacturing.Prepared Bad Debt expense budget in excess of $400k for all stores.Prepared and presented analysis for ideas submitted through “Tell Todd”. The analysis involved was used to determine the implementation of the ideas that were directly presented to CEO Todd Schnuck as ideas for improvement. The specific idea that we were analyzing represents a potential savings of over $200k for the organization if implemented.Update the weekly sales files used by all the Division Managers, Store Managers and Co-Managers to review the current sales, items, and customer counts against prior operating results. These reports are used to analyze prior week results and make critical business decisions.Investigated over 1,000 competitive prices using proprietary tools to assist the organization with determining their relative price position and strategy.Worked with the Site Research department to obtain a comprehensive list of partner bank locations for their gravity models.Competed on a cross-functional team of interns that presented to the Senior Management.
