My goal is to work well with others, improve work ethic, and technique. Any company requires solid interpersonal relationships to work smoothly and to maximize productivity. All my job experience has given me unique tools to sharpen my ability to communicate. As a technician assistant at Power's working well with the parts manager was crucial for technicians to have proper parts for the job. At Crotched Mountain Foundation learning to communicate with students who may not use verbal communication was a big learning moment. It did however show me the importance of learning the many ways to communicate and how difficult work is without it. I believe my job experience has given me tools to grow and to be an effective employee who will make the jobs of others easier.
