Here I enjoy a challenging and varied role as a member of the Senior Management Team in both operational and corporate operations, overseeing a team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer on service performance, KPI and new business opportunities. Within this role, I championed the entirety of operations across all counties in the South West of England and the whole of Wales, working to ensure all organisational objectives are achieved. Here I motivate and manage a diverse workforce of 500 operational and administrative staff including Operations Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders. For this, I oversee the overall effectiveness of service delivery to both private and corporate clients, the contract management of NHS Trust contracts for the service provision of Frontline 999, Urgent Care, Intensive Care, Detained Mental Health Transport and Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services, as well as speciality healthcare services including the COVID-19 Response Service, Hospital Medical Practitioner services and Specialist Healthcare Requests. I hold P&L accountability, managing cash flow and forecasting with accuracy and attention to detail whilst managing forward requirements to ensure business continuity is maintained. I am also the company lead on compliance and safeguarding, ensuring that our services to patients are caring, effective and safe at all times and maintains the safeguarding of vulnerable individuals; achieved a near faultless inspection report for the outstanding service that was inspected in 2018 by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Qualified as an Operational & Tactical Incident Commander with South Western Ambulance Service, I take ownership of additional management and command tactics when dealing with adverse/major incidents. Networking and within senior management circles within the NHS, I have developed a renowned reputation with local NHS Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) / Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).

The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) is a charity that save lives at sea around the British Isles (Great Britain, Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) as well as on some inland waterways. The RNLI operates 444 lifeboats (332 at 236 lifeboat stations, 112 in the relief fleet). Crews rescued on average 23 people a day in 2013.[1] Most lifeboat crew members are unpaid volunteers. The two consistently busiest stations are Tower and Chiswick on the River Thames in London. The Institution has saved 140,000 lives since its foundation, at a cost of more than 600 lives lost in service.

As Area Operations Manager, I provided key leadership and strategic direction across all Jigsaw Medical ambulance operations working on behalf of South Central Ambulance Service; led a dedicated workforce of c100 FTEs across 4 counties. Within this capacity, I successfully managed an ambulance station and its staff, responding to incidents involving ambulances and the public. I also operated a 24-hour on-call rota, responsible for managing any incidents that may arise outside of office hours. During this time, I coordinated and investigated complaints received regarding ambulance crews and reported outcomes to the client. I additionally conducted clinical stock audits, including audits on paramedic drug supplies, ensured accuracy and attention to detail. Furthermore, I took ownership of personal and professional development; completed the RoSPA Gold Award in Emergency Response Driving, trained and qualified as a Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) Practitioner.

Within this role, I led the day to day function of the security training operation; planned client's training requirements and assigned instructions, general business administration, working on live operations in a responsive security capacity at venues such as Newmarket Racecourse, The Milton Keynes Bowl, Ride London, and the O2 Arena. For this, I delivered training courses in areas such as Security, Door Supervision, CCTV, First Aid, Advanced Physical Intervention, Handcuffing and Personal License.

Several of its departments, including the seasonal Christmas department and the Food Halls, are world famous. I work within the Uniformed Security Department at the Knightsbridge store. I am involved in controlling the daily running of the stores security teams and dealing with any incidents of crime or disorder within the store. Working closely with other detachments within the Security Directorate such as Investigations which houses both Store Detectives and Investigators and the Harrods Fire Department. I am also closely involved in the act of intelligence gathering and dealing with the Police on a daily basis.

Selfridges, also known as Selfridge & Co., is a chain of high end department stores in the United Kingdom. It was founded by Harry Gordon Selfridge. The flagship store on London's Oxford Street is the second largest shop in the UK (after Harrods) and opened 15 March 1909. More recently, three other Selfridges stores have been opened; in the Trafford Centre (1998) and Exchange Square (2002) in Manchester and in the Bullring, Birmingham (2003).I work as a Security Control Room Operator in the flagship store. I assist with the daily running of the stores security teams and work with with uniformed security officers and plain clothed store detectives to assist in the prevention of crime. I deal with all emergencies in the building and deal with the emergency services.

Working in an undercover Store Detective role, I would patrol the shop floor and operate CCTV systems to detect shoplifting, fraud and other illegal instances going on in the store. I would often operate in plain clothes and detain any suspected criminals.

Working as a Match Referee I officiated on various leagues and cup games including the FA Cup, The League Cup, County FA Shield, the Kanga Cup Australia and the Lisboa Cup Portugal. I was the 2010 Kanga Cup Final Referee which was a match between Australia and New Zealand international teams.

Working as a security officer I encountered a wide range of situations ranging from theft and criminal damage to assaults and outbreaks of fire. I worked in the Midsummer Place Shopping Centre, Bicester Village Outlet and Xscape MK (A volatile night hotspot).
