I am a dedicated Physiotherapist with a Master's in Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University in Bundoora, Melbourne, and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Currently, I'm employed full-time at Team Elite Physio in Hampton, Melbourne, where I primarily focus on the athletic population, including adolescents, elite athletes, amateurs, and mature individuals. However, my diverse experience extends to working with the general population, the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and patients covered by WorkCover and TAC.My expertise in physiotherapy has been cultivated over many years in various healthcare settings, including gyms, hospitals, private clinics, primary schools, community healthcare centers, aged care facilities, chronic pain clinics, and sporting clubs. I'm passionate about sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with a particular interest in gym-based rehabilitation and recovery.With a foundation in Exercise and Sports Science, I possess the skills to guide patients through the entire rehabilitation journey, from acute injury management to gym-based strengthening and conditioning, ultimately leading to a return to elite performance.
