I pioneered the development of a new drug expression system. This project required the application of cutting-edge molecular biology techniques, including PCR, GoldenGate, and precise plasmid design. Additionally, I demonstrated proficiency in the execution of sterile cell culture techniques.I demonstrated expertise in advanced analytical methods such as multi-parameter flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, and western blotting. My ability to skillfully handle these techniques allowed for the generation of high-quality data and insights.Furthermore, I managed independent experimental workstreams, effectively planned project timelines and consistently delivered exceptional results. I regularly shared my findings during team meetings and made valuable contributions to scientific journal clubs and discussions.
