Manager the England Schools U18 national team. Includes squad selection, training and matchdays for the national side.

Delivered FA Level 1 and 2 coaching courses for the FA. Supported and tutored various aspiring grassroots club coaches in their development.

I am currently working as one of the national coaches (regional coach for the South East) and selector for the England Schools Under 18's.

I am currently manager of a large and successful department with around 350 learners and 11 full-time members of staff. This now thriving department, once had only 7 part-time learners and struggled to get a football team out on a Wednesday afternoon. But, through sheer hard work and determination, and a will to succeed, I followed a clear strategy around student recruitment and curriculum design, and managed to instigate and oversee rapid expansion over a 4 year period.The Department is now one of the most successful in Sussex, boasting consistent results on long courses of over 90%, fantastic student progression rates into employment or higher education and success on the sports field among the best in Sussex.During this phenomenal period of growth, I have managed to establish one of the strongest football programmes in the County (Sussex Champions in 2009, 2010, 2013; ECFA Regional League winners in 2009; 2011) as well as build unique, elite sports performance programmes in boxing and golf. Despite these being our flagship sports, the Department prides itself on the breadth of recreational sporting opportunities offered to learners.My main responsibilities include: Ensuring high retention, achievement and success rates (93% in 2013). Managing student behaviour. Overseeing student recruitment, success and progression. Managing staff performance and CPD development.  Overseeing the exam registration, certification and verification processes. Teaching and assessing on a range of qualifications from Levels 1-4. Managing the Football Development Academy. Managing Lindfield Golf College, an off-site elite golfing programme with 40 learners. Managing the ABAE Boxing High Performance Centre for the South East. Managing the relationships with our community partners.I also manage the School Liaison programme, which is a key role in building and strengthening relationships with partner schools across Sussex.

I am currently Sussex Schools Under 18's manager. This involves communicating and liaising with teaching staff and players from across the County, co-ordinating the trial process, selecting players and coaching/ managing the team during the season and on match days.

My role involved providing various sports therapy functions as part of the medical team at the Club after training, on matchdays and on recovery days.

I was responsible for teaching and mentoring the Club's under 18's through the educational component of their two year scholarship (AASE).

Taught AS & A-Level PE, BTEC Sport Level 2 & 3 and a range of other vocational qualifications.
