In the past, I have gathered a practical background in food development at West Suffolk College in my hometown of Bury St Edmunds. Following that and seeking more knowledge, I extended my theoretical ability with food in a study of a Food Nutrition course at the University College of Birmingham. Currently, I am working as a laboratory Assistant at UCB, a job I was offered during my studies, but I am so keen on learning more about the food technology sector in particular, hoping to work in the area of food product development. I have a lot to learn still, and I hope that through networking, I can extend my knowledge even further.
