Finance Business Partner to Chief Medical Officer, and Vice President of Global Categories R&D with a budget of c. £100m, providing strategic and operational business partnering together with robust financial controls and reporting. In this role I developed insights into how the R&D pipeline fits commercial strategy to help my business partners prioritise resources and aid strategic decision making. I oversaw the R&D integration of the Joint Venture formed by GSK and Pfizer and I was the R&D finance lead for demerger/spin off planning. I led the implementation of an R&D project management system to allow cross portfolio prioritisation to drive data-driven decision making.

I acted up as Finance Director for 6 months during a period of significant change, to cover staff moves. This role was 2 grades above my current role. During this time I led the finance team and successfully delivered on the work normally in scope of the FD and as a result received a GSK IPT award as a "2020 most impactful performer"

Corporate Finance manager responsible for the consolidation of the Group balance sheet and production of the Group cash flow statement with c. £4bn free cash flow. This was a technical role with significant exposure to senior finance personnel. In this role I made significant improvements to the way in which cash flows were analysed to better understand how cash was generated by GSK's business units.
