Assists the Senior Director in the planning, development, and implementation of membership retention, recruitment, engagement, orientation and recognition programs. Maintains the Association's membership records and mailing lists, processes member applications and renewals, and provides some logistical and administrative support to the Member Engagement Division.

Provides project, logistical and administrative coordination for the Member Engagement unit with a focus on elevating the member experience. Requires knowledge of office routines and a strong understanding of the organization, programs, systems and procedures related to work of the department. Creates and implements processes and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operation of the department. Promotes positive member relations, seeks opportunities for members to engage, and presents a professional image of the Association to members and the general public.
