Router Operator Duties-Running and operating a Komo 510 table router.-Machining and manufacturing a verity of products, making sure they are properly machined and manufactured in a quality and quick manner.-Basic maintenance and cleaning, cleaning and making sure the machine is clean and everything is maintained in an orderly fashion. Assembly Position Duties-Assembling various parts in a timely manner to meet scheduling deadlines.-Reading and deciphering blue prints, working with quality control and machine operators to make sure the product is up to customer standards and specifications.-Experience using a wide range of basic tooling, to assemble parts ranging from doors and cooling fans for industrial lasers, to casings for digital speed signs, or medical equipment casings and digital medical probes. Purchasing Duties-Scheduling and ordering incoming material purchases. Everything ranging from raw metal for building, to ordering office supplies.-Reading and deciphering customer supplied blueprints, as well as working closely with clients to make sure the proper material is ordered and the client is satisfied. -Filing and organizing files and company records.
