    This was a start up ecommerce company that was going to sell meat online - similar to Omaha Steaks. 6 months of development and 2 weeks before launch it all fell apart due to a conflict of interest by an investor that was not disclosed.As the only employee (although I did draw a salary I was a minor owner as well) I did everything including: financial modeling, operations drafting, naming, branding, wrote the marketing plan, keyword analysis, SEO/SEM planning, promotions planning, sourcing shipping materials, hired an oversaw an intern, competitive analysis, hired and oversaw designer, copywriter and web development team, created product roll out plan, set up pricing model, negotiated and set up discounted shipping rates.I had a fantastic investment team that helped me a lot that I reported to once a week and my main job was to run day to day and get this up and running. Ultimately, this never went live do my great disappointment but I learned a lot and go to know a great group of people including everyone at The Platinum Group.
