I try to push a strong work ethic, good communication, 6S practices with a focus on a better overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) in my role. Doing my best to stay driven, motivated and disciplined. I'm generally striving for constant and consistent growth while trying to learn all that I can to improve myself and the value that I can provide.I have a vast array of knowledge in manufacturing environments including basics in welding, machining, electrical systems, basic plc operations, and troubleshooting with a primary focus on keeping the equipment running with minimal unscheduled down time, and consistently trying to learn more to become better within my roles. My primary hobbies/interests outside of that role are typically within Health and Wealth, with physical fitness and personal finance being of the most interest to me in the most recent years. Throughout the past several years I have completed The 2021 Champlain Islands Marathon in under four (4) hours. Finished the VT State Electrical apprenticeship courses. Worked primarily in the coffee processing side of the business performing preventative and reactive maintenance on all systems in that area, which included troubleshooting and maintaining the Roasters, Grinders, Thermal oxidizers, Chain-vey transport systems, and chaff press system with minimal supervision.
