Contingent Collections: Manage delivery of contingent based contracts. Responsible for designing and optimising end-to-end collection strategies, implementing new initiatives and analysing data to obtain an in-depth understanding of collections performance.Business Intelligence: Manage the business intelligence function to ensure that stakeholders are supplied with actionable data to enable better decision making.Business Applications: Manage the business applications function to deliver innovative, automated and user-friendly applications to drive productivity and solve business needs.Dialler: Manage the dialler function ensure that dialler strategies are constantly optimised to deliver increased customer contact, whilst maintaining Ofcom compliance.Continuous Improvement: Work with areas of the business to identify opportunities and ensure that strategies and processes are constantly challenged, evaluated and improved to maximise efficiencies and deliver increased customer engagement.
