- Updated outdated Webpack configuration from v2 to v5 for the legacy front-end assets, which vastly improved performance, reduced compile times by over 50%, decreased our bundle size by 30%, and patched multiple severe security vulnerabilities.- Redesigned, built, and implemented new site navigation and homepage layout, improving information hierarchy, performance, and overall usability for our users.- Built new front-end architecture using Typescript and Next.js to move numerous pages away from legacy codebase, decoupling server and client code.- Built out new Design System and published components to a private NPM registry for use across apps.

- Designed, built, tested and re-architected mobile-first navigation for our legacy monolith application.
