I have been leading teams of up to 750+ technical professionals for more than 10 years, and the first thing I do when I take on a new role is to establish that relationship of trust. Trust comes from integrity, mutual respect and communication. This has been my approach to leadership while I served in the Air Force, and it is the foundation of the value that I will continue to bring to my next employer as I begin the next phase of my career outside of the military. As I prepare to take on the next challenge, I know that I want to continue to lead production, operations, quality and safety. I am not looking for a role where I sit in an office apart from my production team. I enjoy being in a role where I can be out among the technicians, providing mentorship, teaching troubleshooting methods, instilling pride and leading by example in terms of work ethic, quality and taking initiative.Much of my career has been in aviation maintenance, but I am ready to take on new challenges and learn new environments. I bring technical troubleshooting and regulatory compliance experience, I offer strategic planning and analytical problem solving and I have proven my ability to lead teams by remaining calm under pressure and finding a way to get the job done. I am available to start working in March of 2023 but can take on SkillBridge roles as early as September of 2022.
