• Working as an intern for Brown-Forman in the global travel retail department for IMENA region in the Dubai head office.• I worked in a multitude of areas within the company helping me develop my knowledge of the industry where I gained an invaluable insight into both local and global retail markets for the brands.• Working in collaboration with the design agency, Janssen Harris, on updating the Jack Daniels training deck for global distribution.• I designed and produced the first training deck for Finlandia vodka which is currently being used globally and this was all produced in-house and was a project set target. • Providing the design concept for the Single Malts training deck. Liaising with offices worldwide gathering input and data to facilitate the training decks.• From designing the training decks to introducing the concept to staff at both Abu Dhabi and Dubai Duty Free establishments. Presenting and training the staff on how to utilise and implement this medium during 4 full day training seminars along with personalised tasting sessions. • I designed and developed the Brown-Forman Brand Ambassador Online Platform as a new tool for internal communication globally for use by all Brown-Forman employees. The system is fully operational and was initially launched in Nepal.• Developing and rendering images for the Dubai Duty-free online shopping platform website. • Attending the inter-staff conference in Nepal and presenting the Brand Ambassador Platform to staff from Dubai and India office for the IMEA region.• Attending marketing capabilities and strategy and ideation seminars over a one-week period with global staff attendance.

Working part time overseas several times a year - helping and assisting with the sales cycle of the workplace as well as the marketing. Driving sales through digital marketing and expanding the client base ensuring a more profitable fiscal year. • Managing multiple account across the Middle East whilst simultaneously builing on existing relationships • Identifying markets specifically geared toward niche products within the industry• Updating Sales Literature and product specification sheets• Sourcing alternative products to value engineer projects that were budget conscious• Understanding how to deal with mistakes in a proficient and conclusive manner

• Working within the catering industry for varied events around London; St James’s Palace, Royal Airforce Museum and CNN (on US election night)• It allowed me to hone my interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues alike as well as grasping a new understanding for the hospitality sector• Adjusting to constantly changing surroundings and the ability to adapt when necessary
