Luke provides legal and commercial advisement at a private family office located in Calgary Alberta, which includes advisement at Highpoint Developments, PurposeMed and their affiliated entities. Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta School of Business and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. Prior to this role Luke practiced corporate and commercial law in Calgary and Edmonton at a leading national law firm where he specialized in infrastructure development, capital projects, commercial transactions, and M&A. Luke also developed his experience in construction and procurement matters during his time as a seconded legal adviser on the Trans Mountain Expansion Project. Luke is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.
