As part of this role I was responsible for a tight deadline £300k project that will align two CRM systems used within the businesses. I manage a small team of developers to ensure that the data and functionality of both systems is successfully integrated. This project had to be delivered within six months from kick off.Achievements:• The project has been delivered on time and under budget• Managed change workshops with all departments to align business processes• Communicating regular project progress with the board of directors • Worked and negotiated with several subcontractors related to different aspects of the project• Managed a change record to control scope creep.

In this role I part of a large project team responsible for building a new manufacturing facility in China. I was involved on this project from feasibility stage to the start of manufacturing with my key responsibilities being for the office fit out and IT systems which had a £1.2m budget. Achievements:• The project has been delivered on time and under budget• Managing people in the UK, Czech Republic and China to work towards a common goal• Designing and managing new systems to reduce the manufacturing skills gap• Managing UK and Chinese subcontractors to deliver their aspects of the project on time• Managing the purchasing and setup of the server room and IT equipment in China• Ensuring tendering and sales systems are setup in China

This role required man management skills to ensure teams of people were motivated towards achieving a change goal. The role also required detailed understanding of sales and tendering processes to achieve optimum results.
