I proactively implemented non-linear FEA into the WR810 product design, successfully predicting deformation and energy required in accordance with ISO3471 and other standards to minimise costs and increase accuracy. In addition, I conducted FEA, technical calculation, and desing review and analysis to ensure product compliance with ISO15818 Earth-moving machinery lifting and tying-down attachment points standards following substantial changes to base design. I wrote detailed processes for cab variants for ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structures) and FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structures) certification testing, spanning safe setup verification and correct usage of testing equipment. I collaborated with other engineers and technicians to ensure system compatibility prior to the final verification approval of various components and designs, and designed and led all phases of the safe production of a 600V 7.1kW battery accumulator, from cell level to housing, and including the battery management system and high-voltage control. I utilised National Instruments hardware and software tools (LabView) to program software for reading and analysing sensor input, and researched and embedded product specifications and designed test bench for motor and inverter testing, overseeing design and construction of motor test frame, control circuitry, and electronic metrics. A key accomplishment was the creation of a progression plan and knowledge base for future projects, using Microsoft OneNote and implementing a stringent policy review system to ensure accuracy and scope of details.
