 Work on IBM mainframe hosted in France and using in-house developed banking system (SICLID) to provide IT service to the bank operations. Provides daily IT support service on the application maintenance services. Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyse, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems. Applies metrics to monitor performance and measure key project criteria. Coordinates and collaborates with user and Head Office in analysing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Participates in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.

 Work on IBM mainframe and using EDS JOCS Card Processing System to provide credit card processing service. COBOL,CICS,JCL programming.
