IT Auditors evaluate the performance of a multitude of automated and independent controls daily. These controls are established to mitigate risk and are crucial to the performance and reliability of financial, technical, and managerial instruments within the business. Vigilant scrutiny of these controls allows for Security Benefit to accurately report their financial reserves, in turn confidently retaining each rating assigned by insurance rating agencies.

On a weekly basis, I taught two lab sections of roughly 25 students in which they work through problems as an application of concepts learned in lecture such as types of distributions, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, and simple probabilities. In this position I supplement students knowledge, in classroom with student questions and hosting highly visible office hours.

I planned and lead two sessions a week for students to review material which they learned throughout the week. This encompasses leadership and instruction of difficult to learn material while not simply giving students the answer, rather guiding their thinking to find the answer.
