I am a self-motivated, results orientated individual with a strong passion for Architecture and Construction. Birth town of Telford, on the Shropshire Border. Attended Derby University from 2013 - 2016 studying Architecture Technology and Practice, graduating with a 2:1 degree in June 2016. My career then started in 2016, at a Architecture company working as a Architectural Technologist on projects valuing from £5 - £30m. These projects were large scale retail developments. I then decided to move into a niche sector of the Construction Industry (Modular), I rapidly progressed in the first year through a Modular company to the role of Design Manager (Architectural & Production), delivering a range of projects valuing from £1 - £33m. The projects consisted of Secondary Schools / SEN Schools / A&E Departments / Ward Hospitals / Covid Hospitals / Freezer Stores / Labs / Student Accommodation / Sports Halls. I then decided to branch out into another sector of the construction industry, working as a Pre-Construction Project Manager for 2 years, on projects valuing £2 - £12m. The projects consisted of Secondary Schools / SEN Primary Schools / MRI & CT Scanning Buildings.The next chapter of my career started in 2023, when I opened 'LSK Construction Services Limited.
