• Communication with management of the client company and our own• Managing the Polish QA team, their tasks, SLA and KRA• Gathering statistics and reporting to upper management• Attending two weeks training in Canada• Testing the Deep Packet inspection Devices and it’s software• Capturing the internet traffic from various applications• Using WireShark to find the application’s traffic in the traces

• Testing Nokia phones with Symbian and Windows OS, flashing phones, looking for bugs, approving translations, reporting functional and linguistic errors. • Giving improvement suggestions, testing functionality and language (Polish) of phones that are already on the market and those that are yet to be released. • Mentoring native speakers of other languages. • Working on other projects for companies such as Microsoft and Huawei. • Working under pressure and fixed deadlines.

• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to Chinese students aged 15-17 years old. • Instructing students in the language arts, (speaking, listening, reading and writing)• Marking grades and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work.• Engaging students by various activities such as listening to music and singing, making a screenplay, dialogues and discussions, playing games in the classroom as well as during the English corners and the leisure time.• Exercising the proper pronunciation, and articulation of sounds and words that are proven to be difficult to produce for non-native speakers.

Often (in various time frames) I performed as an English tutor for students.I also volunteered as a counselor and English tutor and helped to organize a winter camp for children from dysfunctional families. The purpose of the camp was for kids to learn English by various fun activities (I was a camp counselor there and an English tutor).
