Consistently among top five in country for option margin among all Meritage divisions. Led fastest implementation of Envision, Meritage’s online design studio, of any division in the country. Heavily involved in new product creation, design, and rollout. Responsibilities include contract negotiation, purchase order creation, option creation and analysis, and sales and design studio training. Work closely with finance to develop base house budgets as well as identify areas for improvement post-close. Strong relationships with trade base, and in-depth knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise One, bid and takeoff creation and maintenance, and SalesForce integration. Collaborate frequently with construction team on trade assignments, areas of need, training, and BuildPro usage. Proudly lead team of purchasing agents who consistently display some of the lowest vertical direct costs per sq. ft. of all Meritage divisions nationwide.

Provided professional care for patients in an emergency room setting. Collaborated with doctors and fellow nurses in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to give quality care to a wide variety of patients. Responsible for IV therapy, medication administration, blood and urine collection, charting, and documentation. Heavily involved in implementation of MarkSystems IHMS home building software, an all-in-one solution that ties together sales, purchasing, and accounting in one software module; considered to be MarkSystems power user. Responsibilities include contract negotiation, purchase order creation, option creation and analysis, and sales and design studio training. Worked closely with finance to develop accurate base house budgets for three different markets (Atlanta, Greenville, and Charlotte), putting the company in a position to be successfully acquired by a publicly traded homebuilder.
