I now have the opportunity to work alongside the owner in managing our IT projects, allowing us to enhance our production and efficiency in this area. I also take on more responsibility to handle service calls independently, ensuring our clients remain satisfied and their infrastructures experience minimal downtime. As NanoTech grows rapidly, this position allows me to maintain our high standards as we expand and onboard new employees.

An IT technician at NanoTech Solutions is a very diverse role because of the range of services that are offered by the company. These services include, but are not limited to, networking, IT support, device repair, POS systems, VoIP, surveillance cameras, sound systems, and smart home installation. Each service caters to customers for their personal homes, small businesses, and larger companies. With this number of services being offered by a small business, I am able to be involved in each of them as an IT technician.
