In my previous role as a Software Engineer at Synechron, I was responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise-level applications for clients in the financial services industry. I worked closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance engineers, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.Some of my highlights include:- I designed and developed prototype software for First Abu Dhabi Bank to address pressing issues with their retail credit card offerings, resulting in substantial cost savings and enhanced customer satisfaction.- I built a web scraper capable of aggregating data across billions of web pages, which has since been adapted for various purposes such as providing consumer insights at scale and supporting tech recruitment efforts.I'm based in Belfast, and travelling across South-East Asia, East Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
